The MOU agreement is nearing completion. Since Peter is no longer going to be a speaker at the African Conference, three things come to mind.

1) ERHE is to broke to attend.
2) Peter no longer has a job on the 28th of Septmper 2017.
3) Peter is to busy working out the final details of the MOU and needs to lend his expertise in closing the deal.

So as it would appear that ERHE may be heading into the sunset of its existence or heading into the sunrise of a broght new future.

Only time knows for sure. Sell, Hold or Buy.
That is the question?

Since the MOU was signed May 1st of this year and allowed about 6 month to complete the deal or walk way.

There seems to be between 2 weeks to 6 weeks left.
