And how would you contact them? I'll do it. They should sell that software piece since they dont seem to be advancing it. I really think the email template feature would be widely supported.

I'm not well educated on these otc stocks and conversions, etc...so, if u don't mind, a couple questions. In the 8k out today, does the consulting company that gets those 1M shares get them at current price? Is the over all result that there will be 1M more shares outstanding (i.e., they come out of the authorized but with no $$ paid) and why would a company agree to take shares over $$ if they didn't think the stock price is viable? Do they normally just sell them on open market as soon as they get them?
