I'm utterly confused by people's posts!

A couple people say they have orders of 500K to buy at ~.05. A couple people saying that although we're through halfway of selling shares (up to 400K sold/day), they're saying a whole 2 weeks more of trading?!?!

Why are the people putting buy orders at .05 and not .068, or something like that?
Why are people saying 2 more weeks of selling, when they admit the rate of sale is SIGNIFICANTLY quicker than that?
What the f*** is going on here?!?
