"By the date of the financials, the company has collected enough funding to back in good standing with OTC Markets, pay the stock transfer agent, do some minor road repair, open the tunnel at the lucky ben and complete all of the underground sampling of the existing structures including having them assayed. The company is still in discussion with a large investment group that is considering fully funding the project. The delay is they want to see the sample results."
