Why would they nothing to gain. For anyone starting new with new business taking over the symbol r/s is only way for them to go. They have no reason to care what happen to shareholders they had nothing to do with. They gain nothing by not reducing O/S with r/s and starting new. Reverse merger or just r/s need to get rid of this dilution they didn't create.
