This is not an accomplishment: this is a tremendous waste of money. Money that American Green can not afford to spend.

You can hope and speculate all you want, but the fact of the matter is that American Green had to pull that money from somewhere, because they certainly don't have the revenue income for it. And the market price is reflecting that every day. 0.0016 and dropping.

Accomplishments and investments don't cause share price to go down.
