It appears, when it does happen, they may know in advance. It really is not a signal to us but between MMs. It could be just one to one, one asking what is going on with this one....911 may indicate that the word is out that news is expected (but they may be in the same boat as us and not knowing when or they do have a contact that provided advanced knowledge).

Anyway, I have see results from a 911 within 24 hrs, other times, nothing. Just an indicator, it appears, that only the MMs supposedly use to converse between themselves.

Only helps if it happens to be correct this time...could simply be used to stimulate trade as well knowing some of the investors are aware of the codes used between MMs.

Unlikely knowing them (or thinking you do) would help you make decisions. Best to use L2 for trade indications and trend lines...
