Total crap is right.


There was no merger. Read the filings. It was all a lie. Oggy just sold Lay his control shares so Lay controls the old Ibrands (us). Nothing here at all except the continued BS.

Ifv there is a merger coming, It will likely be just after the recapitalization that wipes current shareholders out.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
