They sold $10M shares at $1.25. Once the news was out folks started selling as it was trading around $2. Others just sold without seeing the news. This will be back above $1.25 tomorrow. Right now you can avg down if you like. It is selling now at 1.05 AH. Tomorrow it will open a lot higher may be $1.25 open.
