It needs a news update, quite frankly. It's over due for news and statistically could happen likely soon. Also we're entering that supposed speculated period in late 2017 when $VCPS could get a patent approval.
Usually I make trades on technicals, rarely needing updates or news to make good trades. But I'm in a rare predicament here as the dilutive factor has been increasing lately so much that we are becoming dependent on a news catalyst. If we got news in the near future, this is still plenty low on O/S respective of that and it could easily get back to .001+ or .002+ easily on the right news.
So simply stated, $VCPS really needs a news update as I sit patiently waiting yet, but I am not liking how it is trading right now.
Anything could change at at anytime, but things are not looking favorable here currently.
It's amazing how this thing has not had a good trade-able move higher since end of July. Statistically in months past it did such for trade-ability every 3-5 weeks. What has happened here for the past 7+ weeks is a 'plague', a statistical phenomenon that it has not had a move higher for a trade in all of August and much of September so far. I've seen an unusual relentless pounding by these Dilution pricks for 7+ weeks without much of a break from it to trade higher. This thing has been in a great position for weeks with a low O/S for a sub .001 stock, yet the streak of dilutive pounding has countered any typical chance for a break on a stock like this to trade higher.
That means this could be statistically over due for a run upward, but it also can mean we have an unusually bad streak of sitting around on this thing forming a new trend which is down and sideways with less volatility compared to the past. But again, a news update would change this developing negative, lackluster trend that is forming.
...And where is management, IR, etc, to put out a communication?? Who knows??
