That is a good question. Why the need to dilute QEDN into oblivion if supposedly all these millions of dollars in assistance from the US government and Colombian government are coming into play? Supposedly USAid was good to go back in May. Yet my DD show that the USAid has no record at all of QEDN, GEGI, or Kate Bahnsen. Of course Kate retorted in her blog that since the funds are not clear, it does not show up in a database. But I call bull on that because there should be some sort of record of an application for assistance, a business plan, something, anything that shows that there is some sort of potential business arrangement with the federal government. Do you really think the federal government just will hand out millions of taxpayer dollars without doing their due diligence and having thorough records in their computers beforehand? Plus what is this stuff about being a subcontractor for Chemtronics or Oro Legal come from? She says that they have the US Aid. So which is it? Is QEDN getting the money or is she riding the coattails of another company?

I would not be so aggravated and talking so much about this if it weren't for the fact that this was being badged as a humanitarian effort, which is something I like to consider as I can sometimes be a sucker for a good humanitarian cause. Instead it was nothing than a more than a clever ruse to sucker-punch investors. And who better than Ray Purdon to help Kate do it?
