Remember that the 8% you are currently using affects that first Sell trade after your initial purchase. Once you've made that trade, you'll then sell again with a much smaller increment of price change.

If your minimum trade value is about 5% of the position value, your next trade will come along with an additional rise of 5% from the previous trade. So, sequential sells are separated by about 5%.

On the buy side, once your SAFE and minimum trades are satisfied you will buy your first AIM directed amount. A slightly smaller discount is needed for the next sequential buy since the Portfolio Control value rose after the first AIM directed buy.

One last thing - Each Sell order completed will raise your "next buy" price slightly. On the buy side, each AIM directed buy lowers your "next sell" price.
