Interesting read from 10 years ago...read this and then see if anything has changed. Just countries really...It was Russia then and now Africa and wherever else. Funny thing is they said somewhat recent they wouldn't do a reverse split...certainly was what they said they would do back then...you when the audit was being done to get on the Stock Exchange, not just uplist on the OTC lol...
