A few days ago there was some discussion about shorts using our stocks...Talked to Scottrade folks this am and was told this...I have a cash account and shorts can not use my stock units (shares)...However if I have a margin account the shorts can use them...double check me on this to make sure I'm correct!!! GLTA!!!
