I agree that money losing companies in the start up phase can be worth a lot of money. But you can value any company based on future earnings. For these start ups you have to look at the earnings in 2020 or 2025. However, this company doesn't disclose number of users, revenue per daily users etc. Based on my own investigations, the number of active users despite millions in overhead costs hasn't grown and it is not able to monetize these users.

As long as the company is unable to do it, burning through the cash will crash down the company. Additionally, even if the company were able to make money, it should make $4-5 million in annual profits in 2025, assuming no further dilution. It is not going to happen.
