Why? What specifically can you or anyone refer to that justifies that observation?
This "lawsuit" is already 17 months old. I thought Nevada courts were notoriously expeditious on lawsuits like this?

If this goes to trial....what,another 16-24 months?
We're just now getting the final submission for a request for SJ. By the time that's answered it'll be 19 months.
Then there will be another two months to get past the Holidays. So this thing isn't starting till 2018.
I'd say J&J knows where they stand. If it was "dire",they would have already put this to bed,IMO.
And what happens if J&J wins it's SJ request,Zem?
