Does anyone know what it might signify that the company seemed to have been in a hurry to settle their lawsuits?

1) May be management realized that there were too many skeletons in the cupboard and making space for accommodating fresh ones meant disposing off a few.

2) Realizing that it would ultimately grow to be big enough to wipe out a big chunk of the working capital, management realized that it would be better to settle at the earliest.

3) There may be other issues that management may not be telling us - the real story.


Hopefully, we wont have a continuation of their machinations when the financials in the next Qtr. report is released
