Possibilities: (1) the shareholder proposal passed in March included a post hoc authorization of the allegedly spring loaded options grants, which measure was clearly intended to facilitate a settlement; (2) may have been part of some cleaning up for purposes of due diligence of ADXS being conducted by potential investors/partners/suitors.
