......FC's takeover of KS Bank........under the radar....................

....all while the FDIC does a routine bank exam of KS...............??????.......

....wonder if the FDIC hints to KS that KS should take frankie's buyout proposal............OR.............well...............life could get very ugly for the nice folks at KS Bank.............if they stiff frankie......

......didn't the FDIC give frankie, like 5 of the past 15 seized banks.......????.............wethinks the FDIC and frankie might be in love....................aimho.....................
