As we've seen buying at the ask can dramatically move this one since the stock is so incredibly thin. Bid sitting won't do squat for the stock though and it could be a long wait - volume is necessary.

Today's news was material since it shows they are branching out. The 10Q shows that they are NOT giving the body cams away, and under the subsequent events reports the govt sales of over $43,000 - not much but something. I assume it's for the Department of Homeland Security contract recently announced.

But they do have convertible debt which hangs over the stock and accounted for 4.6 million share increase (only $27,000) in the last 5 weeks. Any SIGNIFICANT revenue reported or a push by a group that likes this and the stock could easily go up several multiples.
