Think of it this way- you as an investor who's owed three and a half million dollars agreed to accept common stock at twice the current price as repayment... now if I'm that investor I would have to be absolutely positive that this stock is going higher than .004. Anyone who is selling better be really good at what they do because this thing is at minimum triple your money from here. In other words I'm holding my shares for the Long Haul looking forward to Penny land.
