The company is formnally blinded to trial results, but doctors and patients know who is taking VB111 and who is not (as there is no masking for them, no placebo is used) , so if VB111 is prolonging survival then various people directly involved would know and it is not difficult to imagine that the word has spread between doctors and patients and this would jutify te quick ramp up in the enrollment.

Nevertheless DMSC is the only who has the full picture of the trial and should not be communicating those results to the company.

Quite frankly, given that many people have either direct or indirect evidence of how the trial is doing, I would be very suprised if the CEO does not know about it, but he would obviosuly never admit it publicly.
