Also missing at the UN was Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

Chief of Staff General John Kelly did attend, although he apparently became seriously ill as Trump gave his speech. It's to his credit that he remained in place in spite of needing to vomit urgently.

Many attendees thought Trump was a new comedy act and found him highly entertaining as peals of laughter filled the UN gallery.

When later informed Trump was the actual president of the United States the laughing gallery occupants were in disbelief. "It's not possible, he's like a circus clown," said a diplomat from Zimbabwe.

"I thought no one could be more foolish sounding than our own president Mugabe. I'm stunned, Trump is just so hilariously foolish, like a child."

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
