Also looks like they paid the settlement with some cash since they had to put money in escrow and the preferred shares should be restricted for a year When the details come out they should be very favorable to shareholders and get a big bounce off of that And the 4th quater they said they were expecting very good things into the next year and were only a couple of weeks away from that They also stated news on the settlement in 2 weeks which was alot longer than 2 weeks but also mentioned more news in 2 months of which we havent heard what that is yet Expecting it must be Huge news to announce that over a month or more ago Must be waiting for the deal to get done which could be any day $$$$$$
