Agreed very confusing but just getting assets seems futile if their is no end game and paying this kind of money. Certainly with all the legal mumble jumble and the fact that we are involved with same company in Mass. SGBYD will be the surviving entity here. Most early labs have been swimming in debt as they spent oodles of money and no return. This alone tells me SGBYD could very well be picking up assets cheap or sell their expertise through licensing etc. and start utilizing the synergies by having multiple locations. However, to make a bad deal this late in the game could be detrimental while a good call could make management especially WW look like a genius. Certainly a guess but surely the answers lie within the actions of the DOJ and especially Jeff Sessions. However, I believe if he so desires to go after medical it will be one huge fight that even legal scholars can make a sure call. Good night.
