Good luck with your insurance play.

Regarding the Southern colloquialisms, I worked in Houston for some time, a boy from Southern California.

I was eating at a restaurant and the waitress sweetly and thickly asked if I wanted some "pahoney."

After a time of me asking and her repeating she pointed it out on the menu.

I got the apple pie with ice cream.
