The question is what all is encumbered by this note? Is there real estate or something we are unaware of? I believe you are under estimating what else is here. I could very well be wrong as we are all speculating but the fact that we will be getting an update very soon can not be bad IMO. Certainly their is equipment but what else would be the rationale here is puzzling to say the least.
