Correct, they all cowered as cowards allowing North Korea to become the nuclear threat they are today.

North Korea should have been taken down decades ago - before they became the threat they are today. We have to add the peanut farmer to the group of failed presidents. Carter scurried off to Pyongyang and negotiated a sellout deal that gave North Korea two new reactors and $5 billion in aid in return for a promise to quit seeking nukes.

This is called rewarding the enemy for bad behavior.

Clearly Kim Jong-un is an unstable danger to South Korea, Japan, and the US.
