Ahh ok cool. The 8k was a mess for me to read through but than again I'm no CFO in any imaginary world nor do I play one on TV.

What I wonder is if the value of the lab is 1.3M and therefore evio pays pallitech 1M over time and after 1yr evio will basically inherit the lab.

I also asked WW about this and I suspect we aren't the only ones. I'm sure we'll see PR in a few weeks with the layman's version.
