The regulators have acted according to their regulatory guidelines. An investigative process was initiated by the BCSC quite some time ago, and we'll know the results of their findings in several months. If a criminal fraud investigation is warranted as a result of that, you can bet that the BCSC will be passing it on to the RCMP for follow up.... if they haven't already done so. These things don't happen quickly.

These guys... Brent in particular... have challenged the authority of the BCSC staff on several occasions, so they haven't made any friends there. I'd venture to guess that Brent's attitude and actions will be well remembered on the hearing date.... the infamous home video of the confrontation at the BCSC offices will undoubtedly help to refresh their memories.
