The reason I posted alerts on every delinquent SEC Registered stock is because the SEC has been on a Suspension rampage for delinquent filers. There have been 139 SEC Suspensions for delinquent SEC Registered stocks in 2017 so it is important that all shareholders and potential shareholders know the risks.

Once the SEC Suspends a delinquent SEC Registered stock in ALL instances that stock will have its registration revoked and the stock will no longer trade.
