This was WW's reply when I asked about the Colorado transaction

Colorado has a few components to the transactions. The basic element, is that they are licensing our brand and technology. As part of the transaction, we also purchased an existing promissory note, of which we now have a $1.3M receivable and a $1.0M liability. We will be providing more info shortly.
