Nobody ever said private placements aren't dilution, however, growing the share structure through private placements is a much better way to raise capital than to sell shares on the open market when there is no BID support, especially when the deep pocketed individuals taking part in the private placements don't expect a huge discount to the market price, they care about the success of MMTC and believe in this company.
