DD Question for LTCP Dividend:

1 HAON -to- .02578 LTCP Preferred Stock C was correlated to the then current outstanding share structure, which at the time was 3,102,303,373.

Today, am I correct in believing that ratio will look more like 1 HAON -to- .01686, based on the same math when observing there are now 4,744,766,271 outstanding shares?

Do we expect that number to increase before the 29th?
