They are the new company they are allowed to give out the facts. Anyone who did not know that they would get nothing if they held does not understand Q stocks. You get nothing at the end of the BK. In this case it was a takeover and they will lose money on shares the company had also so they will certainly not be paying any shareholders as we knew well over a week ago when the filings hit. Never buy and hold a Q stock. I n=almost never ever play them but if there is n event and other money runs them I play them and get out fast. I saw this one played way too long. GL
