Hey YKR maybe you can answer this:
please answer WHY Barrick has not put out a press release announcing all of the 77 victories that you say that they have won. Also while you are at it please advise why they have not put out a news release on the biggest court case on the planet that they have won by getting the injunction lifted and can go mine immediately. Please explain to everyone why they have not made one announcement. Do you know WHY?????? I will tell you why they can do any sort of announcement. The reason is that NO ONE knew that they were in court because they have never made an announcement that they were involved in a 20 year court battle. They have announced to the world that they have clear title to go mine Pascua Lama anytime they want. Gee sounds to me like fraud and they have been taking shareholder money based on all of the info on Pascua Lama wow that sure sounds like embezzlement doesnt it. So they have defrauded the security commissions for 20 years including banks, and stock exchanges. They are in way more trouble than anyone else now do you think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
