I have nothing but my own experience ( and suspicions, OTC World) to base this on, but it is looking more and more like they are going to bend everyone over when it comes to conversion time. Down to 71 today, so it won't be hard to kick it down leading up to that time. If folks are right about MM's accumulating, that would a good reason to. They'll need shares to make sure the Bid gets whacked. All Just My Guess???
