Per Munro's letter to the shareholders in August, there was $4.2M of senior secured debt at that time. If that was paid off via the recent dilution since the RS (approx 250M shares), then maybe they are done diluting for now. That assumes the October notes are restructured. However, I read somewhere on this board that the note holders no longer want to be affiliated per a reply from IR. If that is true, then they better have another plan to refinance the $15M debt due October 9th. So, without news this will continue to drip every day. I still see it going lower from here. Maybe much lower.
