Ok...just for the heck of it. What exactly do you expect when and IF they ever file a report? When they did file (around 3-4 yrs ago) they were bleeding a bit over 1 million $$ a quarter...and THAT's when they had nice pictures, promises and lots of words.

What do they do now? What is there reason for existence and is it profitable? Are they still an oil discovery company? How can ANY company not report anything about operations for years unless (simple answer) there is nothing to report.

What makes ANYONE think that any filing would show a profit? Don't you think there is a reason for not filing? A filing would confirm the reality of a company that just couldn't make it.

Just having a company file is not a positive event that will move the stock . It is a REQUIREMENT of ALL equities..not an woo-hoo occurrence

..and that skull & crossbones warning is much more telling than the red stop sign of the past
