What I've heard from my sources confirms what you heard, that the issue with his previous company is not a reflection on Dodd's skills or integrity, and it will be resolved soon.
It seems that DE and Dodd know each other for many years, since the time that Esposito was with a large corporation (maybe Merck?), and Dodd was with another large pharmaceutical firm. I think the statement from '15 was not the first time that they crossed paths.
Saying that Dodd may only be involved with Medizone for a few years is not an issue. Don't we all want to see Medizone become a takeover target? I really hope that it won't be more than a few years until this happens, and who knows what the corporate leadership will look like then?
If Dodd can get us to that point, I'll be verrrry happy.
