Is there an accountant in the house? This LOOKS like the long term amount owed is only $110,000 - but the reality is very different. This is a very large amount of convertible debt - especially since it
1. converts at 50% of the weighted avg price and
2. can convert after only a 6 month wait.
In other words these loans appear to be HIGHLY TOXIC - and very shareholder unfriendly, since over $300,000 of it is convertible now, and another $350,000 or so will be convertible in the next few months.
Perhaps I'm misreading this, but that's what it looks like to me. Comments?
