Opportunities come disguised as others misfortunes.. 1st off the seller is KEEPING the stock over .004... if this is dilution they could crush the price to .002 so be thankful its just sitting at .004.

Secondly.. ONCE the seller is gone there will be no shares left, so you'll be happy you held.
