I wonder what happens if the reserve money is not enough to cover costs? My guess is that is the end and Camsing has to cover it.

This is a new one for me. Usually the companies wait a bit and do only one transaction to shareholders. This one they are paying an initial amount and then waiting 12 months to pay anything leftover.
