About 8 months into F3 I was offered the opportunity to go public with BRZL like I did with MP so I jumped on it. Problem was we could never get the transaction to fully close the deal. After 8 months of that it was time to roll out.



Sounds more like they couldn't get Scepter Holdings to trade anymore and needed another shell to sell stock. Lenny is still the CEO of Scepter per NV SOS. Lenny might have cleaned up OTCM but he forgot the NV SOS. Pink sheet CEO's will tell you a story but it needs an independent verification from a reputable source.
