I figured to talk to a lawyer after the vote. I don't want the pressure of trying to find a lawyer and discuss the matter in the 20 days between the proxy statement and vote (nine days to the vote now). It took me most of a week to go through he proxy statement and we lost three days when the proxy was said to have been mailed.

I believe I will have sixty days (I think) after the vote to talk to a lawyer after the vote and initiate action.

I'm also not interested in convincing people to go for dissenter rights. It's their choice to take the same risk I am, without knowing who else will join.

If it makes it to the litigation stage, I will be looking for more than 10 cents a share.

I'm thinking this can be settled early. I'll be able to take the money and invest it somewhere else. Camsing can move forward with their plans to develop the IP without waiting for litigation to happen (which could take a year or more), especially since Camsing will be responsible for POW!'s expenses. Waiting a year or more for litigation to happen, won't affect me as much as Camsing and I will still have the option to launch a class action lawsuit.

If there is some problem with my dissenters notice and my rights are disallowed, I'll be needing a different type of lawyer.

If someone else wants to find a lawyer and get people to join, I may join them. I'll let someone else put effort into that.
