I don't see how that should be necessary since Native is already in the process of curing the deficiency. Getting current should go a long way towards restoring value, or even creating greater value for shareholders, no matter how the stock is quoted. Suppose they manage to bring it up to OTCQB.

Not to worry. . . elevators have more above-ground floors than below-ground floors.
