IF my theory is true... I do know the BVT$ CEO stated that he has a strategy to reduce the OS without a RS, that included equity investors. Mr. Lewand also mentioned equity investors, so perhaps they are talking about the same investors getting involved, executing the same strategy (again a guess)? It's mostly a guess at this point, but one has to assume that ABHI would get tremendous upward value (from this low level) in any merge scenario or otherwise. All imo
