after doing a lot of DD I believe that this problem Dodd has was not his fault. I guess (and that is only a guess) that he wanted to take the company over for more success. Something didn´t work well with the BOD when he was CEO there.. I do not know what that was and it doesn´t matter either..

I am very confident now that we at least have a good chance for a change
