There hasn't been any bids here in weeks. It's pretty clear there is nothing to invest in at the moment. I joke about the Red Bold stuff because to me it's so absurd, akin to the guy who holds the sign on the corner that reads, "the end is near" and quietly mumbles to himself until you approach him and then he screams THE END IS NEAR right in your face giving you a healthy does of the weather with the news.

I'd say this company isn't worth anything, but I find it hard to even refer to this as a company. It would appear more likely this is some guy hard at work "trying to start a business", and along the way he's not only spending all the potential profits on what's likely an overly lavish lifestyle, he's also making poor decisions and/or writing checks he literally and figuratively cannot cash. The problem with all this is simply one thing, and that is pretty clear, he's using investors money to make these mistakes.

This guy is probably not out to scam people directly, but if he is, then shame on him. That's about all one can do here. This is the OTC where this is not only expected, but tolerated because the losses here are usually in the big triple digits, and unfortunately some eager beavers that are less fortunate and more gullible in the four digit range. Meanwhile the people who "traded the pops and drops" are in and out and on to the next show. Leaving behind the people who don't know any better, or know better and are in on it. Sitting here and crying about it, or posting in bold red does nothing but make people question one's stability.

I don't really know if this guys a real crooked one, on the end of the bell curve of the OTC, or just one side of the bell curve where he doesn't really care about the stockholders losses while he tries endlessly to succeed. Remember, CEO's do this to succeed, not to fail. So I do give Bo a bit of credit for trying and trying and trying again. I've said this before on other boards. If he just gives up, ALL stockholders lose. If he tries again, there's always the chance he lands a dart on the board, even if it's not anywhere near the bulls-eye, and many recoup "some" losses. So when I see the chanting and the "lock him up" stuff being thrown around, I say go away. Let Bo continue to try.

I certainly wouldn't be lining up to invest in anything he's selling at this point with this track record, but I always say let him have the old college try, and hey good luck to him and maybe his next adventure with vape pens and oils or whatever will bring a few percentage points back to all those who suffered losses under his present and previous reigns.

That said, I understand there's a lot of speculation about what happened to shares, and what happened to this money, and who's the consultant who got paid this or that or the next thing. Things are always way more complicated that OTC posters and protesters make them out to be. There's no OTC ATM where CEO's walk up and walk away with big fat checks, even if they are written to his mother, if that even is his mother, where she can then just buy him a car and a house. It just isn't that simple. So if it's above board, then sorry, my case that this is just an under-performer (some would call loser I'm sure), that is probably not one to throw money behind in the future. IF it is below board, then well If you or others lost more than a few thousand dollars each or combined (god I hope not but suppose it's possible) then you should find a lawyer and take it up with the courts and hold the man accountable. My guess is the lawyer fees and court costs far outweigh the losses in each and every case.

Lastly, if you think the SEC or the FBI is going to waste time and energy on this minnow in the ocean of nefarious financial crimes, where billion dollar corporations are fined a mere couple million for wrongs... I have some other stocks for you to buy.

Good luck to all, who have anything to do with this. I like watching to see how this all plays out. My hunch is this isn't over - and not by a long shot. This is going to continue indefinitely. There's going to be more shifts, some sort of capital influx. Some other ticker that eats this one up... shares will come from somewhere, people will get paid, and money will swap hands yet again. Mark...my...words. Big Red and Bold ideas never stop.

Only invest what you want to lose.
