Does your vote matter? It depends.

The outcome of the vote will be the same whether you vote yes, no, or not at all. Stan, Gill, and the two trust have the majority vote. You can vote with them and be part of the majority. If this takes a simple majority, the vote has been decided.

If you are going for dissenter rights, you can not vote yes. You also have to send in notice that you are demanding your rights before the vote. You don't have to vote no, you can abstain, you just can't vote yes.

Voting no is up to you. It might show that you are not happy with the deal. I doubt Stan, Gill, or Camsing care.


I think you should vote no matter which way you vote. I voted yesterday.

The best to you, too, no matter what you decide.
